Refund policy

We want you to buy art that you love! Aligned with South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we offer a seven (7) day money-back guarantee on art purchased sight-unseen. We try to provide accurate descriptions and visuals of the art on our website, but if you are not entirely happy, email deenafoulkes1@gmail.com  and we’ll arrange the return process with you. We will issue a full refund for the artwork and assist with its return within South Africa. You will be liable for return delivery fees.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The artwork must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
  • Commissioned artworks, digital or video works cannot be returned. 

Damaged or incorrectly supplied art:

Please check your artwork thoroughly as soon as you receive it. Art that was damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied will be refunded or exchanged, provided that you notify us within 2 business days of receiving it. Deena Foulkes | Artist will arrange the courier collection and cover the courier fees for the damaged or incorrectly supplied art that you wish to exchange or be refunded for.

Cancellations:

  • Orders cancelled before courier collection from Deena Foulkes | Artist will incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Orders cancelled after courier collection from Deena Foulkes | Artist will incur a 10% processing fee plus return delivery costs. 
  • Deena Foulkes | Artist will arrange the courier collection and return delivery from the customer’s address.
